Great location, just a short walk to all the main attractions and the port. The small terrace was a nice bonus, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. The room was well fitted and had an electric kettle with tea bags and honey, a nice touch.
The window of the room faced a busy street, and sometimes the noise from people outside could be quite loud. The internet was out for two days during our stay, although the owner did try to fix it.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa De Mateo Ellias. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any questions or needs. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Despite a small bathroom, the room was spacious and had a small kitchenette. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubrovnik for the first time.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this place! The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the old town. It was super convenient to explore everything on foot. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and we loved the spacious room. The shared terrace was a jaw-dropping spot to unwind and enjoy a drink in the evening. The host, Petra, was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was always available and accommodating. The amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV added to the overall experience. The quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out process made things even better. We also appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service. we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again without hesitation!

Stayed at this "charming" place with a "lovely" bell tower wake-up call. The owner went above and beyond, solving the internet problem in "just" 2 days. And who needs beach towels, right?
Absolutely loved the "enchanting" musky smell in the room.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of finding hairs *everywhere*. Such attention to detail!

The room at Casa De Mateo Ellias was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view that made me feel relaxed. Being able to have a private entrance was a nice touch, and the air conditioning kept the room cool during the hot days. I really enjoyed my stay.
The only downside for me was that the room didn't have a hairdryer.
